TALENT MANAGER.
As a Talent Manager, you'll play a fundamental role in helping to grow and nurture the talent on our roster. Their success will be your guiding star, watching them succeed is what motivates you and you continually strive for excellence. This is a fast paced role with loads of potential. You'll have a roster of some of the most well respected names in the industry along with up and coming talent who will be the faces of tomorrow. You'll feel passionately about developing their careers beyond brand partnerships and will continually be plotting new ways to help them succeed.
The perfect person for this role will have experience of having held a similar role for a minimum of 3 years. The creator space is your bread and butter and you spend your life looking at the latest trends, excellent brand partnerships and the next person you want to sign. You’ll be creative, super organised and always looking for ways that our talent can innovate. You’ll be a people person, building incredible relationships with talents, brands and your direct reports.

To excel in this role, you must be a detail magpie, be able to juggle tasks simultaneously and know how to prioritise to ensure deadlines are hit, leaving talent and brands happy. Duties and responsibilities:
- Producing and executing the strategies of your talent.
- Regularly communicating with talent to ensure they feel cared for and are clear on what their priorities should be.
- Forecasting and tracking of jobs so that talent can see what they can expect to receive and when.
- Use data to produce insightful reports.
- Writing and editing copy, using pre designed templates for client media kits and company assets to be used in the pitch process.
- Calendar management.
- Manage client logistics for events and talent commitments including call sheets, travel, accommodation, security, timings.
- Securing brand partnerships for our existing roster of talent clients.
- Work in educating brands to move tactical campaigns into longer-term ambassadorships which span platforms.
- Assisting on brand partnerships, which includes writing the brief into our template, helping the talent execute the campaign, sending content for approval and assisting on any post-campaign analysis.
- General industry awareness of emerging new platforms, potential clients and brands.
Required:
- Knowledgable and passionate about the digital influencer landscape.
- Up-to-date with best practice and regulatory requirements for creator content.
- 3 years min talent management experience.
- Relationships with all of the leading social platforms.
- Experience of having managed Coordinators and Assistants.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time, especially with high work volumes.
- Strong IT skills to include (Word, Microsoft, Excel, Keynote and cloud based services such as Google Workspace).
- Keen eye for detail.
- Articulate and concise both in verbal and written communication.
- Super friendly and approachable.
- Motivated, ambitious and willing to learn.
- Great on the phone.
- Thrive under pressure whilst remaining calm.
- Awesome sense of humour.
